Terry and Dr. Charles (Chip) Epstein
Dr. Charles (Chip) and Terry Epstein joined the High as original Charter Members when the Richard Meier–designed building (now the Stent Family Wing) opened in 1983, and they have remained active members ever since. Terry has served as one of the Museum’s knowledgeable docents since 1997, and in 2011, the two increased their support to join the Circles.
When asked about their involvement with the Museum, Chip shared, “We support the High Museum as a way of paying back for all the wonderful experiences we have had over the 40 years we have been members. Through the docent program and our Circle Membership we have made many wonderful friends. It’s a privilege to support the High with our Circle Membership and share the wonderful benefits it brings, including special opening events, too many favorite exhibits to mention, and the knowledge that it also helps bring the High to children’s groups, students, and others. We just say to each other how lucky we are to be a part of the High Museum community.”
